چکیده

Case 1: A 50-year-old woman presents for excision of lesion along right nasolabial fold, which has been present for 2 years and has been increasing in size. Patient describes the lesion as itchy and denies pain, bleeding, or other symptoms. Case 2: A 47-year-old man presents for excision of lesion along right nasolabial fold, which has been present for 1.5 years and has been increasing in size. Patient describes the lesion as itchy and occasional bleeding. He denies pain or other symptoms.
